If you have registered before, do I have to register again?
No, you do not need to re-register if you have registered once. For more information on the new registration process, please contact Kari Koenigs at Koenigs.kari@mayo.edu.
What is your cancellation policy?
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
How do I pay by invoice/purchase order?

Will the Summit provide continuing education units (CEUs)?
